Thanks Claudiu, but I don’t really want to go messing with my template files. How soon can we expect 3.2.1 to be rolled out? And how on earth did the latest version get released without spotting this error?

Yes @mikejolley I should have mentioned that. Phone number now appears under billing address. But no customer email address visible.
