I’m having the exact same problem, even down to the Admin Bar not displaying… The only difference being I was using WP Super Cache.
I’ve deactivated and removed all of my caching and minifying plugins, but the site (the homepage) is still behaving as if they are still installed. Any change I make in the CSS is completely ignored too.
I have just noticed if I load the site via an anonympous proxy, everything appears as it should. As soon as I turn the proxy off, the old cached site appears.
Any tips?
