Hi @darkwolfcave. I hadn’t. I had tried the functions.php code that the plugin author suggested along with plugin theme file change but that caused errors on my site. I tried your code above and it did indeed work. Really appreciate the heads-up on this and thank you again.
Hi Collins. In the meantime, is there any way to manually amend the rating for a given post in the back-end somehow? I have looked through the plugin documentation but can’t see if this is possible without the metabox.
Thanks, Collins. I presume this will be in the next plugin update. Any idea when this may be? Appreciate the help.
Thanks. Have done that.
Thanks, Collins. I tried that but when I amended class-rate-my-post-common.php with the updated PasteBin code my website showed a critical error until I returned to the original plugin file.
Thanks for a very quick reply, Collins. Will do. EDIT: Is that support link only for paid versions as it appears to require a Purchase License key?

I completed a restore of my site and this appears to have resolved matters with the plugin. I will keep this under review and get back in touch if I require further support.
Looks like good news. Site Kit updated to 1.33.0 and Visualizer to 3.5.1 today. It seems that the latter (or combination of both updates) has resolved this issue.
Thanks, @dshakya. Will do. Let’s hope so.
Hi @dshakya and others in this thread. Looks like something is happening on this plugin conflict but I’m struggling to follow on GitHub. Eg. https://github.com/Codeinwp/visualizer/pull/802
Can anyone provide any pointers? Should we download and install the zip on this page? Will SiteKit be auto-updated in the next release to resolve this do we know, etc. Thanks if you can help.
nexus2kswiss – I think you’ve got it. Huge thanks. I can confirm this resolves the issue for my site as well. Disabling the Google Site Kit plugin allows the charts to render when logged in to WordPress. I wonder if there is some way to resolve this conflict so we can run Site Kit and Visualiser together. Should we somehow add a note to the Github link above?
Thanks, dshakya. Good job.
Hi Vytis. I can also confirm that the update to 3.5.0 didn’t seem to resolve this issue. Thanks for continuing to look into this for us.
Hi Vytis
Thanks a lot for looking into this. It’s always annoying/frustrating when one is unable to replicate the problem. Not sure what else we can try.
Hi dshakya
It’s reassuring to hear it is not just our site with this issue. I wonder whether it is an issue with Google Charts API or Vizualizer per se. My guess is some sort of issue with a recent WordPress release or other plugin causing a conflict.
