Yes, that solved the problem – I disabled the preloader because I wanted both sites to load faster. I have enabled it again but it appears that without the preloader, the flash of gray will show.

I wonder if there is any way to make the page load faster without the preloader?

I tried your suggestion on both sites – I uploaded the pic you resized to the nrcocp.com site and tested the doctorhomevisit.lk site with another image that is 105 KB (1920 x 1280). The same gray flash is appearing on both sites still.

Can we try the other suggestion involving CSS – I am using Custom CSS on both sites. I have no idea why this is happening since both sites have been running for a while without any flash problems until recently.

Here are two links that show the problem area:

this is how the text appears on a screen resolution of 1920×1080

and this is how it appears on my smartphone with a screen resolution of 360 x 640

As you can see, the text for the green circle (skill) aligns differently as the screen size changes. Is there any way to fix this?

I am looking for a Login/Sign-Up plugin where a user can become a member of my site. Once they login/sign-up, they will be taken to a registration page where they fill out a form about their personal information and pay for a doctor visit.

Can you recommend a plugin(s) that would be suitable?

Hello,

I changed the order of the sections on my homepage using the CSS Flexbox. However, when I view my site on a mobile device, the sections are not in the correct order (purchase now ribbon should come after About us section but on my iPhone, the purchase now ribbon is coming after the Team section. Any advice on how I can resolve this issue since everything looks fine on a desktop/laptop.
