The issue is not related to the Ultimate Member plugin. Please report RCP customer support about this suggested fix https://github.com/ultimatemember/ultimatemember/issues/1288
For the urgent fix you could edit subscription.php template in RCP plugin.

I have contacted RCP support. Want to investigate this issue on my side with the test data. I hope we will make the fix on our side if there are our side issues or I’ll let the RCP know if there are issues on their side. We will try to resolve this conflict soon.

You need to have the different pages selected in each dropdown to avoid the conflicts in functionality.

This link you shared above https://domainname.com/user/test_author/?redirect_to=https://domainname.com/ looks strange because redirect_to argument is related to the homepage. So there isn’t direct redirect from wp-admin to User Profile there is redirect to homepage and after that to the User Profile. I think the conflict test should help.

Please check that your role has access to wp-admin base on Ultimate Member role settings: https://imgur.com/jsue8CF
Also if your user has more than 1 role please check the roles priority order. Ultimate Member gets the capabilities from the primary role. E.g. you have Subscriber(200 priority) + Member roles (100 priority). Then All UM capabilities will be get from Subscriber role.

Sorry for the delay. You may customize job-submission.php template file and add the currency field below or above the Salary field.
There is an example how to add the custom fields on the submission form, add validation for them and handle data for save as postmeta.

For now, we aren’t planning to add multicurrency functionality to the JobBoardWP, but will add this feature to our future to-do. But feel free to customize templates and via hooks for getting the necessary functionality on your website.
