BTW: That is not an error for the ADMIN user as well.
Its a debug feature for the admin user.

Hi, I understand what is your problem…Just log out and visit the page as normal user…( Menaing dont log in as an admin and visit the page )

That error is for only admin people normal user will not see it…

question 1 : Individual shipping option only allows dollar value.Our premium version has more option. Using that one you can set cents/ pence.

Question 2 : Ordering is currently not available.
Question 3: Our premium version allows free shipping and you can set the value.
