Thank you for sharing link of your theme. We have fixed the issue with custom CSS. In order to fix this on your end, please go to Support Plus > Settings > Custom CSS and insert below code:

We have given ticket assignment log in latest version of the product but not change status, priority, category etc. logs.

We do not create page for Support, but we create for Ticket URL. You must have to create page with short-code [wp_support_plus]. What you have done is correct.

For now, we do not save ticket assign history, but it is good thing to include.
