Hi there,
To change the Support button icon please got Support Plus > Advance Settings > Change Icons. There is no need to change something via JS.

Every agent logged in will need to go Dashboard > Support Plus > Agent Settings to create signature HTML like emails.

This issue may come when you have runtime JS error. This textarea should be replaced by CKEditor.
Please find from where runtime JS error comes from and try to fix to get this working.
If you are not having this issue, we’ll need to check this on your site. In that case, you’ll need to create the ticket on our support page.Yes, it is possible. use template {ticket_url} in Support Plus > Email Templates for any applicable email type.
Hi @kannox
If mails are not sending, it is hosting related issue. We are using default wordpress functionality to send emails. Alternatively you can try some free SMTP based based email plugins.
