Thank you for the screen-shot. I think this happens when you delete priority from DB, we’ll check this issue on our end and try to reproduce it. Also we think there should be reset priorities option in case anything goes wrong by users of Support Plus. I have listed this bug at our end and will let you know the updates here.
Until then, you can create ticket on our website or contact us via our Facebook page for private discussion in order to fix this quickly.Forum: Plugins

You can pre-assign the agents to category. Please goto Support Plus > Settings > Category and assign the agents to category. When a ticket is created, the agents will directly get assigned to that ticket so that agent will have access to only tickets of assigned category.

No, this is not possible. We are using default wordpress user functionality for login and user account details.

Please make a page and name it whatever you want (e.g. Support), then place [wp_support_plus] and save. Now you have a page where the user can see all old tickets, reply to existing one or create new ticket.
Where or what is the agent supposed to see?
Agent will see the tickets on above created page itself on below conditions:
- tickets assigned to him
- tickets assigned to none
- tickets which are public
- tickets created by him

We have discussed this issue with our development team and their decision is negative to this. As per their point of view, It is good feature to have but will make filtering code very complex.

Which ticket emails notifications are not coming?(new ticket,reply ticket etc)?

In testing, when i add a new ticket, i am not getting the ticket request sent to my email. Where is that setting actually set at because it is not happening with what I have set in the Email Notification tab.
- Please check other emails other than Support Plus are going correctly or not(for example pass change,..) because we use default functionality of wordpress to send emails. If not going please contact to your host provider.
- Also check your mails are not going to spam folder.
- Please make sure you are not creating ticket using email set for ‘From Email’/’Reply Email’ in Support Plus > Settings > Email Notification.
Second issue is that when the test ticket is sent, it is showing up twice in the queue. the number shows up as the same number but it is in there twice.
Please make sure you did not created duplicate Status in Support Plus > Advance Settings > Custom Status. If so please remove one and save the changes.
Please also check same for Custom Priority.
Also check ‘Default Status’ setting in Support Plus > Settings.Forum: Plugins

You can use custom css also, please goto Support Plus > Settings > Custom CSS and add following css
