We use the default functionality of WordPress to send the mails. If the WordPress default mails are being by SMTP then support plus also send the emails.

Please delete the priorities which are directly added to database. You can add custom priorities here Support Plus > Advance Settings > Custom Priorities.

No need to purchase add-on for this. You can create custom fields for extra fields, to create please goto Support Plus > Settings > Custom Fields and enable them at
