Hello,
It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, that the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings. I recommend you create a staging site and then check the issue on it.
If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket on our support page.

The SLA add-on will be useful for you. You can set SLA policies with conditions and time. If an agent does not complete the ticket within a time then a notification is sent to admin/agents as soon as the ticket goes out of sla. Please see this page for more information.

Please make sure you are using the correct timezone. Please go to Dashboard > Settings > General > Timezone and select your country timezone. After that check the export feature.

It is not possible to integrate the voice recording option in description.

If your highest ticket id is 15 then it is not possible to reset it to a number less than 15. You can set it to any number greater than 15 from settings.

Please verify the below steps for troubleshooting the notification issue:
- You have entered From Name & From Email in the email notification settings of the plugin.
- You have installed any SMTP plugin to send emails from the website. Please note, if you have not installed SMTP plugin to send emails, mail() function does not guarantee you to deliver emails. There are many popular free SMTP plugins available on www.remarpro.com.
- Try sending a test email in SMTP plugin to confirm emails are sending correctly.
- SupportCandy email notification recipients are correctly set for all notifications.
- Also, check if you have applied conditions in email notification and they are correct.
- Please install any email log plugin. The email log plugin will show you all emails sent from your site. Please check the emails are sent to administrators or not.

If you are using any such plugin then please reactive it. Clear your browser and site cache ad then recheck the issue.
