It is too bad that they have a no refund policy, I was seriously considering this product, but will not use a company that does not stand behind what they produce. I was looking at fooevents as an alternative and this helped me make my decision.

Any one of them will cause it. I enabled troubleshooting mode and did one by one. I gave up after this, because none of them had conflict with each other. It seems as though the theme with these plugins is that they all modify the edit product page and edit category product page.

Hi Doug, I am using Storefront as well. The issue seems to be when I have one of a dozen plugins enabled. There are no other conflicts. Some of the plugins being enabled in which I have noticed cause this issue:
Yoast, Rankmath, Paypal for woocommerce and multipayments by angelleye

Thank you for this guidance, in some cases, you do have walkthroughs on customizations like this. It would be helpful if you do put a developers guide together to explain the structure of the file system and what not. You have lots of configuration information but not much on behind the scenes.

Tseten, any idea when someone might get assigned to this? It has been a few weeks now, and I have vendors on my platform so disabling to add products or change categories doesn’t work for me. Thank you in advance.

If you look again Jemma, the sections are there but they are white. And you cannot save the product page. Ever since last update the plugin is broken.

How do you get support, we have like a hundred people that can’t edit products or categories due to this plugin and support is silent.

Roshini, This is a great start to helping the hundreds of people with this issue. Is it possible to provide a little more guidance such as parameters for setting the store sort order. I think most people would like to be able to: (In order of importance)

*Custom Sort – Set an order by field on the vendor list page

1. Alphabetical
2. Featured on top
3. Number of products
4. Newest vendors on top rather than bottom

I have spent twenty hours researching how to perform this and this is the first thing I found even referring to how to customize this list. There are no viable plugins that fix this.

Is there a list of all of the parameters for the vendor page shortcode? Did wedevs add the default store sort feature yet? It looks like it is going on 7 years with people asking for this feature.

Same issue here, will they be fixing this? Was hoping the latest update would have corrected the issue.
