There are many help topics that are from Polylang that will need to be made upon activating the plugins. In Polylang you may get an error about pages without a default language. This must be resolved as well.

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] String GroupsHey Kochhase I apologize you ran into the issue with your string groups. After you sent up the translations is there a reason why you are disassociating?
Disassociate Translations breaks the connection between Lingotek content and WordPress content. You will be able to preserve your existing Lingotek translations, but your content will no longer be tracked in Lingotek.
This is why the icon changed to orange instead of blue. Disassociate should only be used if you run into issues with the content on WP and Lingotek or you want to break the tie.

I would like to see if you could try a few things to help resolve this.
– Since this is your first time enabling the plugin have you tried to disconnect the plugin and establish connection again?
– When you try to upload content press F12 to bring up the developer tools of your browser. Change to the network tab and then choose upload. Check to see if any errors are present in the statistics.
– What theme are you currently running
– Can you message me the email you used upon sign up. I would like to check on our end if any content has been passed up or if its stopping at the upload process
