Thank you, @sc0ttkclark! Glad to know the source of the error was discovered and addressed.

This error seems to have disappeared. Hopefully it was just a temporary issue! Might have been related to a recent transition of our website hosting from a shared to cloud server (with permissions not transferring correctly at first).
