Hi,

I am facing another issue. The course is not starting when clicked on “Start Course” Button (It keeps loading/loop).

I have tried to deactivate all the third-party plugin to test the problem but it only work if I deactivate MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO plugin. But I need the certificates this is why I can not deactivate this.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?

I fully understand what are you trying to tell me. I have checked the courses as you instructed and everything is fine. but the 404 error is still there. Like I said before, website work fine for 5-10 min if I re-save the permalinks but after that the 404 error returns.

The other issue is few of the courses are going to lesson page directly instead of course page or it is going to product page.

Lets say my website URL is example.com/ and language URL is /et
and the course name is XYZ.

So the URL should be example.com/et/courses-et/xyz.

But instead of opening the URL it is going to example.com/et/products/xyz

So is there anyway to fix this?

any update? I cant keep the clients website down for 2 months. Can anyone please help me?

This issue is not related to the hosting. here is the reason why:

I switched to twenty twenty theme and everything work fine. The courses are loading fine, lessons are loading fine. But as soon as i switch back to MasterStudy LMS theme…all the courses give 404 error. 10 out of 1 time the request is processed ok but 9 times it shows 404 error.

I had the paid theme support but It turns out it has no use for me because the response time here and for the paid support is same.

I can provide you login information if you guys offer secure form here. And you can check what is wrong with the website.

in last 7 days I checked every ticket related to 404 on this forum and tried all of those things but nothing is working except changing the theme to wordpress default.

I am going to turn off the maintenance mode for now.

Here is the update.

I don’t know why but after the theme and plugin update, theme is full of bugs and errors.

Whenever I try to open any secondary language course, it is giving me 404.
If I switch to twenty twenty theme, courses are working fine. If i switch back to masterstudy LMS, website work fine for 5-10 minute then all the secondary language courses start giving 404 errors.

Its been a whole week since the website is down. But no one is providing an actual solution to fix it.

Will any of you please look into the matter and resolve this issue at once?

Hi,

I find out the Eventin plugin was creating the problem. I disabled the plugin and it worked fine.

But after updating the theme and STM plugins, I am having random 404 error on secondary language courses. If I refresh 4-5 times than there is a chance that page will load fine. But mostly it is giving 404 error for all of the secondary language courses.

Can you please give me a solution how can I fix it?

I resaved the permalinks but still nothing is working.
