Hi, if I’m reading the initial post correctly and they’re have the same issue as I am, the issue is not on the payment side. When you fill out the form, it does not “unlock” the “Proceed to Paypal” button, and just stays on the form page. The plugin eventually says the payment “times out” because the user never gets to click on the “Proceed to Paypal” link.

I’m also having this issue. Not all transactions are being cancelled, but some are. Woo commerce and the database are up to date. Was able to recreate in edge. All required fields but the two dropdown menus have the green highlight around them.
