es el primer caso que nos llega de un error que afecta al funcionamiento de todo un sitio. Nos gustaría tener algo más de información al respecto. Viste algún mensaje de error que nos dé alguna pista de donde puede venir el error?

El problema con el plugin apareció al activar el plugin, al a?adir reglas de links, o en algún otro momento?

Respecto al rendimiento del plugin, depende mucho del servidor de hosting. En hostings de poco rendimiento puede ralentizar el funcionamiento de la página, pero no mucho más que otros plugins de wordpress.

can you give us a bit more of feedback about the problem you encountered while activating the plugin? What means fatal error?

We had a problem with our activation mails not being sent. That was fixed the 1st of April. Apart from that the activation should be fine.

Please contact us at [email protected] with your contact details (registration email and site where it was installed) so we can do a proper check.

in our terms we talk about collecting some data because we want to provide you with some statistics about the links you created. Like for example how many clicks a specific link has.

We are not using this data for anything else, but we need to specify it in our terms for legal issues. This functionality is not currently implemented anyhow.

If you add the “no follow” attribute to your links, search engines won′t acknowledge the created links so you won′t be passing any Pagerank to the linked pages. You are telling Google that somehow you don’t trust the sites the link is on.

Using “no follow” is more likely to happen when you are creating external links. If you only link internally then you should not enable the “nofollow” attribute because you want to pass some page rank to other pages withing your site.

If you include paid links (links to affiliate pages), Google guidelines are to use the “No follow” tag as well.

sorry for the late reply. Can you make sure you have the latest plugin version? It should be version 0.7, you can look it up in your plugin section.

When registering you should get an activation email. If you couldn′t activate your account maybe there was a temporary problem, can you give me the email address you used when registering? I will send the activation email again. Once activated the plugin should work fine.

“Error message on site under link tab saying links not working and will be fixed with plugin update.”
The Links section shows the different statistics of the internal links created with the plugin. We have a problem showing this stats, hence the error message, but the internal links created should work fine. It′s just that you won′t get any statistics about them (you can still see the stats on Google Analytics for example).

We just updated the plugin, Now you need to get registered on the Notedlinks service with your email and domain but you don’t need and API key.
