Resolved, not a theme issue but a combination of the textile plug in and changing to using Https.

URLs created as in page links (name:URL) were not getting Https inserted automatically.

Found another plug in that forces the correct link to be generated.

I just installed this today and get the same error.

Do not use this plugin – you will lose forms if you press save.
This is a serious bug that will destroy your existing forms.

(Copy a form. then save it to see what it does!).

Found the datepicker plugin was breaking this.

UPDATE: The problem is caused by another plugin.

If I deactivate “contact form 7 datepicker” it works correctly.

Now to post in that plugins forum….

I have just lost a form because it is failing to save them after changes.

Changing to default theme makes no difference.

e.g. copy an existing form.
Edit the copy – details have been copied ok.
Save the copy (you don’t need to change anything)
Form is now blank.

Saving destroys the forms – a serious problem this!

I found a comment which mentioned wp-mail not supporting attachments.

In the mailPress settings I unticked:

Admin
Options

[] MailPress version of wp_mail

This seems to have solved the problem.

Ok on my test site I created a simple form with file upload and deactivated all other plugins.

I found that the mailpress plug-in is what is stopping the file attachments from being sent.

(With mailpress activated, it applies the mailpress email theme to mails sent from contact form 7, so it seems likely that mailpress is at fault).

I have the same problem.
Commented out the code that deletes files, so confirmed upload works fine.

The file is simply not getting attached to the emails.

Some people have solved it by installing an older version!!

Ok – got this to work…

Step 1 – update PHP version to 5.3 minimum.
(I did this in the WHM Cpanel option to create/update Apache).
step 2 – edit the main php file that comes with this plug-in and insert // at the start of the line that begins “_log”

Now need to sort out the layout issues to get it working correctly on my theme.

There is one line starting with _log

If you comment this line out by inserting // then it looks like it works as long as you have php 5.3 or above.

Now need to figure out how to use it.

Same story as others.
This plugin needs PHP 5.3 to install.

Once installed it has a problem with:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _log() in /home/scfchurc/public_html/sandbox/wp-content/plugins/gt-pinboard/gunner_technology_pinboard.php on line 571

Can anyone post up the code updates needed to get this to work?

Just installed the database plug in and files are being uploaded ok and the link is there when viewing a form submission.

The email that is sent does not include the uploaded file.

So fixed if you use the database plug in but not if using email.

Just tried v1.4 and using [gallery id="post_id"] works fine – it showed the images attached to the other post.

This provides a way to put several galleries in one post.

It would be useful if there were a help file with examples / explanations of the features / customisations listed in this forum.

Great plug in – suits my needs.
