Yes, PHP is installed on that server. I was able to run phpinfo() just to make sure. And the database isn’t the problem either. If that were the case then I would at LEAST be receiving some sort of error instead of timing out. I think gypsyjae might have a point with routers. The server admin does not appear to know what he is doing, and he doesn’t communicate at all. I think I’ll just explore offsite hosting.
