    Cool. thank you

    Yes, thank you.
It would be great to have the option to translate it in the settings of the theme, as it is with any other blocks. Because it is the only thing that needs to be translated and using yet another plugin just to translate 2 words is somehow less effective.

Reasons why someone deactivates a plugin should be optional. Offer a Skip button.
That means you are kindly asking for a reason so you better understand the problem someone is having with your plugin, not forcing them. They don’t work for you as testers.

    Hi James,
In the default WP sitemap (wp-sitemap.xml) the second language is not seen.
    I guess now you will say… well… it means it’s WPML’s fault ??
I will contact WPML to point this out to them but meanwhile, I’d like to ask the Jetpack team to take a look at Jetpack’s sitemaps, since sitemap.xml is showing the right URLs for the 2nd language but the news-sitemap.xml shows the same URL even if it shows 2 different posts (by title)

Their reply is that since it works well with Yoast (and Yoast can generate the sitemaps properly), it means their plugin is OK and it is a Jetpack problem.

When I asked them it would be better for their team to contact Jetpack team to sort things out their reply was “If they don’t want to cooperate with us there is little we can do”.

I also have to add that the problem is not seen in the regular sitemap generated by Jetpack (there, Jetpack sees the /es/ for the Spanish language articles generating the right URL) but only in news-sitemap.xml where it doesn’t.

Thank you Jerry, I will contact WPML and get back after

The solution for that 2018 problem was to use Yoast. I don’t consider it to be a solution for Jetpack ??

So if a plugin like Yoast can see the difference when WPML is used, I was hoping Jetpack can also do it.

I am using WPML and they say their plugin is compatible with Jetpack.
Please excuse my ignorance, how is this related to the WPML plugin?
No matter the language of the post, each post has a unique ID, right? Jetpack Sitemaps sees the posts as being different, sees the posts having different titles but it submits the same URL in the sitemap.

Exactly the same problem. can’t add new posts, had to deactivate the clearfy plugin

I am using it on multiple sites, on different servers and everything works properly. I suggest you open a support ticket and ask for their assistance.

Hello? Still waiting for your answer to my statements.
Which ones do you consider being lies?

    Excuse me?!?

Please tell me which of the following statements are lies:

    – As soon as I bought the plugin, I told you there are errors.
    – After 3 days I asked for a refund
    – You said you will solve the problem and sent me 2 lines of code to add in functions, not to solve the problem but to hide it from admin interface
    – I replied and told you that didn’t solved the problem, the errors were still there
    – You said nothing
    – I sent you another email
    – No replies from you
    – I asked for money back, for the 2nd time, you said 14 days have passed (by 6 days while I was waiting for your support) and that you don’t refund.

For each statement from the above I have your emails to prove you are a scammer.
You did sold me a bugged plugin and you didn’t want to refund me. How is this a lie?

What exactly am I lying about? You say I lie and that I give false statements but you failed to mention at least 1 false statement. As I told you, I already made a formal complaint against you and I am working to post the emails between us online for everybody to see how you scam people.

@zorog Have no idea when you bought it and have no idea how do you know when I bought the plugin.
Waiting for his support the 14 days passed. Because I had to wait for so long, the client I bought the plugin for said he will look for another solution. So I got stuck with a buggy plugin I have no need for. Hence, I requested a refund because I paid $200 and the plugin I paid for had errors. Is that so bad to ask for a refund when you buy plugins that have errors?
Dan offered to refund 1/2 of the amount because “I spent time providing support” (actually he sent 1 email with a solution that didn’t worked)
Beside that, I have all the emails between me and him to show how he said he doesn’t refund because 14 days passed.
By the way, the 14 days passed and I asked a 2nd time for a refund. Because the first time I asked a refund after 3 days when I saw the errors. But he said he will fix the problems. Problems were never fixed.
So what do you want me to do? I am not ranting. I am just letting people know that if they buy this plugin to never ever expect a refund even if they find bugs. Simple.

Beside, his plugin requires a licence to work and also you need to provide the domain name on his website. Is not like I asked for a refund but I wanted to use the plugin without paying.

From my point of view, selling buggy software and refusing to refund because 14 days passed (waiting for him to provide a solution) is called stealing.
