I have the same error exactly

Same thing happens when using a different browser or incognito window.

As soon as 2FA is activate for an user, that user will not be able to login because after submitting username/pass on the login window, will get the “CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.” instead of the 2FA field.

Please allow me to say this again:

When trying to login, it returns the following error, even if the 2FA field is not shown.

“CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.”

It has nothing to do with the time on the devices. The 2FA field is not displayed. And it was working just fine before the update.

3) NOT multisite
4) No sunsrise.php file in wp-content

Problem solved by relocating the translation file to Custom (Loco Translator)

Yes, apparently it was a cache issue showing both the translated and the original text. Anyway, the question is why do we need this function when it should have used the translation from the lang file…?

You just released an update and I updated the plugin.
Even if the error is not appearing in the apache logs anymore, the problem caused by the Clearfy plugin still exists. When the plugin is enabled, the Live Edit function of the Avada theme is not working. Your plugin is somehow blocking it.

When Clearfy is disabled, the Live Edit function of the Avada theme is working properly.
