Thanks for your enquiry. I am not able to repeat any issues on my end. Are you trying to connect with a company and they have many users or connecting on behalf of someone else?

From what I have found online, the solution is to re-authenticate – I realise that’s what you have been doing but that’s just what I am seeing. Another possibility is you have a plugin which might be automatically deleting transients. Sometimes speed optimisation or database cleaning plugins do this.

I am sorry I can’t be more helpful, I just haven’t seen this error before.

I don’t know what I am really seeing in that screenshot. Are you able to provide a link to the page?

But it sounds like maybe you have a global lightbox across your site, and this might be interfering with our plugin. Is there an option to turn off the lightbox or prevent it running on the IdeaPush page?

Another option is if you get the pro version, we have an option to display the image inline, so not in a popup.

You can download, install and activate this plugin here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-TYcFLSxmL2FPQtft2OaI9fvT_n4Uyd6/view?usp=sharing Once it is activated, it will delete all settings of the plugin so you can start again. Once this plugin is activated, please delete it as keeping it active will continually delete the settings which you don’t want.

Thanks for your enquiry. The pro version supports custom fields, so you can create multiple file fields. However we don’t have the ability to upload multiple files at once though through a single upload field. Thanks,

Thanks for your enquiry. I am going to guess that in the plugin settings somewhere you have entered HTML and it’s not being closed off. So for example in the “General Settings” sub menu of the plugin, in the setting “Custom Footer Text” made you have entered some HTML without closing a strong tag or something. It might not be this setting, but it might be another setting in the plugin where the HTML tag hasn’t been closed off.

Can you please send a link to the single idea page which is broken?

It might be a long shot, but have you tried saving the permalinks of your site. So go to your main WordPress Settings and then Permalinks, and then just save the page (no changes needed) and then try and load the single idea page.

So you could have known what it does and doesn’t do in advance of downloading and installing the plugin. We never said it’s a lean and simple plugin which does just 1 or 2 things. There are other plugins which do that, but our plugin aims to make things easier by combining them into one. Now that’s of course not to everyones taste and that’s fine. To be honest, I would have preferred if you just didn’t leave the review because it’s not helpful to others because they can read the description to understand this. I don’t make money from the plugin, it’s a free tool. Thanks,
