This has happened to me, as well, but the ‘Use the visual editor when writing’ option was already checked in my profile, so that’s not the problem.
For background: I am using the YAPB plug-in and just updated on Sunday. I deactivated YAPB to see if that was causing the problem, but it didn’t change anything. Any other ideas?
