I have set memberships to ‘pending’. And I would like new pending members to be directed to a custom page before their membership has been activated and before they are able to login.

I have the same problem which, unfortunately, makes the plug in unusable as there is no means of scrolling up or down to see the entire popup.

I think I know now how it is meant to work but for some reason which I cannot fathom it is not working properly for me.

Let me give you an example:

I am in the UK

1. If I activate the plug in, it works properly and prevents me from making a purchase. ‘Purchase unavailable in your country”. That is fine.
2. But if I exclude the UK it allows me to add items to the cart but does not allow me to checkout. “Error: At this time we are unable to complete sales to EU residents.”

Do you know why that might be happening?

This is getting confusing. I don’t know what I am doing wrong.

1. I have ‘Enable Blocking of EU Sales’ checked.
2. Exclude Country – UK (where I live)
3. In the checkbox alert message box: By checking this box you confirm you are not currently resident in an EU country (other than the UK).

I was able to add an item to the cart and proceed to the checkout but when I filled my details and clicked ‘purchase’ I received the message: Error: At this time we are unable to complete sales to EU residents.

There was no checkbox for me to confirm that I was not resident in the EU.

Yes. I did that. Where should the checkbox be visible?

1. Currently in the box it says: “By checking this box you confirm you are either a business or not a legal EU resident.”

But there is no box visible on the site.
