Just want to make sure as I am not familiar with PHP- I am using the Premium Blog at several places in the site, and want the excerpt length to vary- wouldn’t using the above code make the excerpt length uniform accross the site?

The CSS for the alignment works.

As to excluding posts- for some reason, the offset option does not affect the posts presented (I tried 1 and higher numbers- nothing changes). This happens in the classic skin if it matters. Maybe it conflicts with something else?

One more thing if I may- in the “on side” skin, the excerpt length seems to be limited to up to about 55 words- when trying a larger number it still remains the same, about 55 words.Can this limitation be lifted?
