We were able to solve the problem, there was a conflict with some custom code related to coupons written for our theme.
I encountered a new problem though, we use the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing” plugin for custom discounts specific to a user role. When we change the price of a product on the Phone Order page the totals are not updated. Is this a known compatibility issue?
