I don’t see the same options in the Scan menu. Here’s what I see:

So, I went to All Options and made this change:

Then, I re-ran the backup through cPanel, and got this response:

What do you recommend now?

I have the same problem, but the canonical URL field is empty in the Yoast settings. @chilling what change did you make exactly?

I tested this on a staging site by deactivating and reactivating plugins, and it looks like a plugin conflict.

This is now working since I updated to the newly released version of the plugin. Thanks to Gravity+ for updating this plugin!!

I changed this from using OAuth1 to using OAuth2 and it worked.

I second the syncing of passwords! A client is concerned about having to remember too many passwords, so this would help.
I tried to sync users across two installations on two different subdomains of the same domain, and it did not work.
