Thank you both … the data will be input once and will only ever change if I or someone who will edit the website changes it due to staff changes (which isnt usually that often), it will not need to change on the fly.

I would need to learn how to sort this function out – any good website you can point me to or youtube channels I would be very grateful. I know some but as always, spread thin across my solo endeavours.

Im guess the info is stored alongside the wordpress installation? How is the data called to the page? All that good stuff.

it wasn’t in the wp-config file, it was a plugin tho … after trying a few I found it to be the advanced access manager plugin to be the issue. Disabling that in the ftp was the way forward.

seems that the verify email link is not getting to my client, I have tried to resend it 4 times already so he must have a bunch sitting somewhere.

He got the invoice for the storefront addon (which is free) but hasn’t had the invoice for the paid add-on yet and they should – I assume – go the same email?

Do you have a number I can call on?

I have a wordpress.com account but as yet not bought anything as I always set up other accounts for my clients.

Hi – I wonder if you could help please …
I am using the Product addons ext. I have a set up n item which collected the customers details for etching (no charge though) – this does show on the page above the subtotal along with the choice made on the dropdown. The issue is the addons info is not being transferred to the shopping cart and even more importantly onto the order which my client will get back. It neither shows in the orders section within woo or on the email which the order generates. Yes I am using label as the ‘format title’, tried both required and not, have limited the characters to 50, using short text as the ‘type’ and any text under ‘restrictions’.

The order works fine, monies are taken etc etc but the inscription needs to be shown or it is pointless having the addon!

Any ideas where I might have slipped up?

who has offended anyone??? – I’m not blaming you (gtekelis) for creating these update to WordPress (unless you did !?) – merely referring to the fact you gave it 5 stars even when, by your own comments, deem it to be less than perfect.

And yes – I have had numerous sites affected by this update, costing many hours to research what initially happened and then more hours working on trying to sort it out!!

Hilarious that it is deemed political … amazing.

If you are a developer of WordPress – may I point you to the 1100+ other people who seem to be a little aggrieved by this update – maybe you can address that instead of 3 people who have a little frustration to vent!

I am sorry but if you rate this bag of bolt 5 stars then you must be on the payroll.

WP worried about Wix???, with internal template page builders and stand-alone ones available in the marketplace, offering layout finesse and used by 1000’s – why make your own inferior version in the first place??

This release is awful – you cannot polish a turd as my father once told me – think that phrase pretty much sums things up perfectly.

me 3 … i know the forms are fine as they were working, I have tried to retro the plugin (back to v1.9.2.5) but it is still giving the same error on payment submission.
I think Gravity Forms must have changed something and it isn’t playing ball with this plugin ??

Hi – Just wondering if there is a peice of code that I can add so that the background to the plugin is not transparent … against a darker background image – none of the text is legible.
