i allready named them wpas-de_DE , no effect. The Plugin is still in english. for some reason the language files are getting ignored by the plugin.
I allready requested german on transifex last month but it seems that nobody accepted the request, however i cant join the group for german cause its still a request.

Like always ?? Same Problem here! Just tryd the new Version and noticed some bugs are fixed but i have the same Problem as the poststarter. The Emails are not send in HTML, im not using any Plugin. I also noticed another Problem with emails: The Senders name ist “WordPress” with the email [email protected] instead of using the name and adress i saved in the Plugin Settings. Hope for a quick Bugfix ??

sorry for posting under every thread but i also noticed this bug when i tried to install the 3.0.1 Version. I tested the new Version with some diffrent accounts on a fresh wp installation, when i answered to a test ticket with account 5, i recieved an email on test account 1 saying that an agent replied to the ticket. I also noticed that when i view the ticket in the admin panel, it shows a wrong creator for the ticket. its not the account that opened the ticket, it always shows the alphabetic last registred account.
any ideas?
Hey there, i have the same problem since i downloaded the new aswesome support. Im using a woocommerce based shop. when a new user registrating on the shop the role is “customer”, the awesome support role is “support-user”. however only “support-user” roles can open a ticket, otherwise they get the error message “You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket”. It would be great if my customers dont have to create a new account to use the support. in the old plugin version it was no problem.
