WPML have a specific forum for plugin developers and they give them a lot of priority.

I strongly suggest you to go look into this, and let them make your plugin multilingual.

For us it’s a big problem but we’re only end users (and we bought your plugin to use it in all languages).

This have nothing to do with upgrading to 4.8,
your site have been hacked.

Delete wp-admin, wp-includes, and all php files in the root folder except “wp-config.php”, and copy into FTP 4.8 again.

I’m using this plugin in 3 websites, and I like it so much.

Often emails go into spam, having an xml export of answers of our forms is useful.

But we need to change currency from $ do € in the shortcode,
because we need more than 1 button in the website.
So the “global option” is not enough for me.

Is it possible that you’ll improve customization in the future for the shorcode ?

In this case, it would be enough to set the currency for the single buttons (shortcodes), as the one you select in the “global options”.

Of course for everyone this will work !
People asks for services in the same currency for all websites, so you can just take currency from that global option.

p.s. we also have hidden the email request with CSS because we don’t need that:

But I can’t geto the “force re-compression of uploaded JPEG images” function work.

It never worked for me BTW.

I solved,
for future help and reference,
I solved removing a 404 error on some missing images in the admin area,
AND some “mixed content” error in the admin area (because website is in https and some of the files were loading in http).

Also I updated a few php files that were giving php errors,
so give a check on your logs.

I have the same problem on another website with other plugins.
Our problem is with the template, but we can’t find it.

This problem seems to be very tricky to track,
could you be that kind to tell us what was the problem with your plugin and how did you solve ?

It’s really unclear why to remove also basic caching at this point.

I’ll have to find another plugin … again.

I use Wordfence on 90 websites, I can’t afford 1500$ of licences of the Pro version for basic caching.

Also, basic caching have nothing to do with Wordfence servers, so I don’t like this unexpected, removal policy.

I also wait for an answer.
