It’s a very basic thing… I have to edit WP sources to resolve that !?

You can do that like I do, with pages:

So 2008 is the 2008-galleries and 2008-personal-galleries are two albums.
The things inside are galleries.

Also you can play with tags (thing that I will do from the beginning of 2009) to “separate” galleries from the category they rapresent.

Like a picture of a flower in the “2007 – california” gallery that can be tagged “nature”.

No reason to “add another level” when you have:
albums, galleries
and TAGS

It’s the same for wordpress with pages+category, you can do everything with this structure.

Will it be possible to include a “front picture” for a post in the RSS view?

I’m testing that already with the “custom-fields-for-feeds” plugin but a NextGEN compatibility should be added, in that case.

Using:
get_bloginfo

resolved the problem

The problem is that using, inside a plugin, the code:
$MYVAR=bloginfo(‘template_url’) . ‘img/’

I don’t have the template_url in the MYVAR variable…
Instead I have the template_url putted before the “header” of the blog, like a php error.

That’s probably because calling the bloginfo function makes it go inside the output stream of php, like an ECHO, but I don’t want this.
How to resolve the problem?

I tested more than 30 plugins, the only not working is broken-link-checker.
Because it searches the wp-config file with a path directive that is not relative to it’s path.
