Thank you, the suppliers won’t sell personally on our site, we put in our site their products e then send orders to them. So we have to make sure that the shipping cost in the cart refer just to one supplier. I don’t know if it’s clear!

Problem resolved. Probably after the late update of the theme or of woocommerce, the pages checkout and cart are not linked anymore in woocommerce settings. You have to create new pages for cart and checkout and then go to woocommerce settings > advanced and set the link again!

Sì, ho visto che le sezioni prodotti e ordini sono in italiano, ma pensavo che anche la parte di wpbakery sarebbe stata in italiano.
