I think what you need is custom development to accomplish this. There is not a plugin for every need. However you may be able to achieve this by using a embedded Google spreadsheet and their forms feature, though. Also Gravity Forms could be configured to accomplish something similar to this, although again it would require some expertise to configure to meet the exact goals described here.

Ah, very helpful. I only saw comment_author_link which generates a link. comment_author_url of course doesn’t.

The comment author link is a WordPress Template tag:

However, it has no parameters so I don’t think you could add a target=”_blank” to it. Maybe using some custom PHP?

I’m having the exact same problem, WP v. 2.3.1. Works in IE but not Firefox. Any ideas???

I know there are good google maps plugins out there but I always prefer to avoid using more than is necessary, especially since I only want to display 1 simple map.
