I solved them.
The items in the 4th question (“user role”, “user number”, “user log-out logs”) are the items to hope to add to Audit logs. “user log-out logs” and the time are not recorded.

For example, I find fraudulent content, the first step, I predict the time period of fraudulent content. I make the lists of log-in users during that time.
For example, The time is 10:00, and there were 1000 log-in users in the last 24 hours. And log-out users before the time(9:59) of the fraudulent action will be deleted. They are 990 people, and I can predict the suspects of 10 users.

When I don’t know log-out users, it’s all 1000 people. You won’t be able to find fraudulent users.

Admin color on profile settings are not default. It was Modern. The default was your situation. The cause was Modern.
WordPress and Admin Menu Editor icons are always clear on Modern.

I want to add new clear icons. I will search into these colors further.

I read your post and understood the situation. I was unaware of this situation.
Because admin and some accounts always have the clean icon on hover and no hover(= always clear). And only my image is dark.

And I registered a new account. The icon for this account was a fade. I have known it now that it is normal.

I will look for the cause of the hover situation.
