In reply to: [CM Tooltip Glossary] Fatal errorI’ve been waiting for a response for 2 weeks and 6 days (as of this writing). Even for a free plugin, this lack of support is enough for me to never consider purchasing any of the paid versions from this developer or even continue using the free tier. I have now switched to another glossary solution.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Modal Display Size problemThank you very much. The new version looks WONDERFUL, and we can’t wait to explore it more fully. Your plugin is simply the best of the many, many that we’ve tried.
Keep up the great work, and thanks again. ??

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Modal Display Size problemI will send you our admin details so that you can sign into the site and see what we are experiencing.
Every modal runs to the bottom of the page, regardless of the content. Even a single sentence results in a long modal running the entire length of the page…with lots of blank space.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Modal Display Size problemAhhh…yes. I see that now. I’m glad that you are making it clearer.
We are still having the problem with the size of the modal though. Even if we select “small”, the modal runs to the bottom of the screen/window. In fact, every modal appears to be displayed in the identical size regardless of which size option we choose.
I’ll wait for your next iteration of the plugin though before we do more testing on this.
NOTE: we did not encounter this problem in the prior version.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Display of CLOSE incorrect in new versionHere is how the modal appears in preview mode:
https://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w168/gathercorps/ScreenShot2014-08-07at64322PM.png
Note that the background for the close symbol “X” is not really a circle. It looks OK, but if you prefer a large X and background (and we do), then the circle becomes more squared off as you increase size. Not entirely a deal-breaker, but annoying.
…and here is how the modal appears on our site:

VERY different.
Again, none of these problems surfaced in the prior version.
Thanks for the wonderfully quick response on this!

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Display of CLOSE incorrect in new versionWhen viewing the modal in the visual editor preview it looks correct (almost).
The positioning is perfect, and the background for the close symbol “X”, looks fairly circular (although it still has a ‘squarish’ appearance, like a square with heavily rounded corners. This is all acceptable.
However, when we display the modal on our site, it looks completely different. The close button does not display outside of the modal at all and the circle background for the “X” is now an oval.
We did not encounter any of these problems in the prior version.
I will post links to screen captures in a moment or two.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Display of CLOSE incorrect in new versionAs an addendum, we think the new version looks GREAT, and we love the new features/abilities.
We are hopeful that these are just minor issues that can be easily addressed in the coming days, as we would like to be using the latest version of the plugin on our sites.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Average rating/stars for the page/post?zeuf,
I went with a more robust review plugin that allows me to define multiple criteria for the item to be rated against, as well as the traditional star rating. I can add my own rating and criteria and I can also allow site visitors to do the same.
There are three plugins, and one is now free (I believe) and should be enough to meet most requirements. You can view them all here:

In reply to: [Simnor Shortcodes] Insert HTML & shortcodes in accordionMe Too.
GREAT plugin…but unless I can add HTML code to the accordion text, I can’t use this plugin for any of our sites. This is very disappointing as it one of the best plugins around.
I’m sorry but I don’t understand your question!
I don’t have ratings on the comparison page yet because I haven’t been able to figure out how to show the stars in ‘read only’ mode (displayed, but can’t be changed).
Is there a way to show the current star rating on a page as a reference, but not an active object users can click on and add their rating?

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Average rating/stars for the page/post?No. I did not.
I have since decided to go in a slightly different direction and will not be using this plugin.
