I am experiencing the exact same issue. Every now and then some go thru. But when they don’t the cardpointe backend always is missing the expiration date and the last digit of the card number. Even though the client entered in all that.

I think this issue is more widespread than originally thought. This needs to be escalated. We run an number of woocommerce stores all with the cardpointe plugin. Yet this problem keeps happening.
