I checked it in both Firefox and IE8 and I de-activated all my plugins.
It seems to be a feature of the TinyMCE visual editor of WP.

The only way I got around was pressing “Enter” a milion times in my paragraph.

That’s the thing!
I DO NOT WANT TO PUT A DIV AT ALL!
It is generated automatically and that’s what I’m trying to get rid of.
