Actually turns out this problem is present only in my installation, so it is not a bug in the plugin it self. I cannot reproduce it in another wp installation.

I found the problem. One of the plugins I have is causing it. When I disable the plugin CoursePress Pro, it works.
If you can, make your plugin compatible with it somehow.

Another suggestion that I have and I forgot to mention is to turn off the autocomplete for the captcha field. Just add autocomplete=”off” to the input tag.

Did you test with bulgarian text in the name and sending to an email in mail.office365.com?

I have not translated the custom style stuff, because I see you will be removing them ??

I am using Twenty Fifteen, but I am asking how it is usually done with this plugin. Am I supposed to do something or is it supposed to work automatically?

I did some testing I think that the problem is related to line 216 in class-wc-checkout.php. If I enter the order id manually there it seems to be working.
I digged deeper into wc_create_order() but I was not able to find the problem ??
