Okay, apologies, yes that is important. The options ‘categories required’ and ‘featured image required’ are checked. When I turn off selected checks, the Yoast SEO fields populate correctly again. But when I enable either of these options, Yoast doesn’t display again.

I switched to the default theme, and the problem persists.

Hi, I can confirm that this issue exists. When the Publishpress Checklist plugin is enabled, the Yoast SEO features on the post edit screen stopped working after last update.

I reverted back to version 2.12.0, and now the Yoast SEO features are working properly again. There are no errors in the log, which confirms the issue is related to the latest update.

I have disable Fewer tags plugin, and now its ok. You can check the same url:

For now, have single.php, single-video.php, page.php and other template parts. I thought it should work for post-format-video if I create single-video.php.

if it’s not possible I have prepared theme for reader mode that works just fine, but I’m constantly thinking about this issue in Transitional mode
