I’ve updated the plugin to remove the error message “enter a valid email address” if your email field is empty but you can still leave the email field blank.
You can update the plugin, the email syntax check is now only applied when email field is filled.

Looks like the HTML code you posted does not come from my plugin, neither from WordPress. Is there anyway I can test it live ? I tried to register on your website but I don’t speak hebrew and the register page seems to be wrongly redirected : https://olc.co.il/register/

Yes I checked the message. It’s odd nothing in this email seems to be able to mess with the plugin. What version of WP are you using ? Could you send me a sample of the email ?

Someone contacted me for a similar problem, a file was missing on his server. Try to uninstall the plugin (desactivate > delete) and then reinstall it from the add plugin menu to be sure to get the last version.
Everything should work fine.

Does the email already contains any HTML tags ? Could you forward me an example ?
WP Better Emails doesn’t wrap the email with the template if any HTML tag is found in it.

I need more information to help you on this issue, hard to evaluate a problem without it. What browser are you using ? Did you try do desactivate other plugins to see if it works ?
Actually, the “send preview” button should display something even it doesn’t work (email si empty, email is not valid, etc.). It just can’t display nothing unless you have javascript disabled on your browser.

Could you tell me more about your second issue too ? Forward me the email that’s not looking good for example ?
Note that if the email already contains HTML, WP Better Emails won’t wrap it with the template. This to prevent messing with other plugins that could have included templates with their emails.

I’m the plugin author and never experienced this kind of problem. I neither have errors feedback. WP better emails is supposed to work with other plugins if they use the wp_mail function and send plain/text formatted emails.
Could you tell me more about your problems ? Version of your WP, errors returned, etc. Feel free to contact me by email for further support.
