Success!!
Deleted plugin and logged off WP. Cleared browser cache. Logged back on to WP and installed plugin. Cleared Cache and cleared authorization. Re-authorized…and now it works beautifully.

I logged out of my GA account, cleared the browser cache, and logged back in…still get the error message below. I know I have a proper GA account because it was working before the upgrade (?) to 4.0.

Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/%7Eall/webproperties/%7Eall/profiles?key=AIzaSyBG7LlUoHc29ZeC_dsShVaBEX15SfRl_WY: (403) User does not have any Google Analytics account.
