@justbruno well maybe they think we business owners have all the time in the world to just sit and constantly watch our admin dashboards for new tickets!
Hello, I was simulating a user view. I thought it was obvious as anyone who registers from my-tickets automatically gets added as a support user. I’ve added the tickets to Woocommerce dashboard and for now I think this should be good enough.
Now that the plugin is setup I decided to try it. again this is as a CUSTOMER/SUBSCRIBER
1. When i try to open a ticket it takes 10+ mins to submit and then returns an HTTP error.
2. But when i go to my tickets i see the ticket has been created
3. Emails are not sending. User is not getting an email when they create a ticket or a ticket is updated. admin is not getting an email when a new ticket is created etc. all emails ARE ACTIVATED from the plugin emails settings

Ok so I have to give everyone who opens a ticket admin access and explain to them how to access the wp-admin screen??? This is a very odd solution. I’m not comfortable giving people access to my admin dashboard
AS my private email is now publicly available for all to see I will be taking the video down in a few hours. This is very very unpleasant to have my email on a public forum like this
Hello, there is a no redirect. This is the standard email sent by WordPress and the standard my account page of wordpress. Please create an account and see what the issue is, it takes 1 min really. You will receive the email and when you login to wp my account won’t see tickets in the menu

Hello Tejaswini, I have contacted/sent your team multiple emails via the admin panel at documentor.in but received no replies. I have also posted here under Support and on your Slack group. No one has responded. Do I keep writing in to receive no replies? Responding to my review and pretending to be “helpful” doesn’t improve your case.

So for example, if the shipping class of a product is Free shipping, previously it would say free shipping on the checkout page. Now, as you can see in the screenshot it is showing “Delivery Charges”
