Maybe I’m misunderstanding the test mode – nothing happens when I click submit, i don’t receive a confirmation message and it shows zero submissions in the dashboard. Is there a way to view the test logs?

I’ve made you lots of videos in the past of other bugs in your plugin but you never helped after I gave those videos either. Yes I did . I then paid a developer $150 to review all the php code and an additional 100$ my hosting provider to see why my site had crashed http error no matter what one did. We did figure out which plugin was causing the problem: unfortunately it was your plugin. It takes a good 10-25 mins to submit a ticket. When I first opened a comment here it asked me for my url. I trusted this was because you would visit the url and try for yourself. I would really appreciate it if you could visit the url and try for yourself so you can see why your plugin isn’t functioning as intended (unless it is intentional that it takes so long to submit a ticket

We have also fixed the emails not sending issue. However I am wondering if it would be possible to edit the signup/welcome message sent my WordPress. As I mentioned in the first comment, it’s asking a person to set a password when they’ve already done that on your plugin submit ticket. If you could suggest an email template editor plugin that is compatible with your plugin that would be great

Finally is it possible to change the size of the logo in the email generated when a person submits a ticket? The logo is showing very big on the email

Hello, no this matter is not resolved. Your solution i.e. to uninstall my other plugins was not a helpful or useful solution at all as people will have more than just your plugin on their site. How do un resolve this ticket?
