In reply to: [Iframely – WP media embeds, cards and blocks] Insufficient privileges??Ahhh……the issue appears to be Chrome-related.

In reply to: [Iframely – WP media embeds, cards and blocks] Insufficient privileges??I wish there was a way to attach an image here. What I’m seeing at that link is the same empty web page as before – about 3/4 white from the left and turquoise-ish on the right.

In reply to: [Iframely – WP media embeds, cards and blocks] Insufficient privileges??Hi – thanks for the quick response.
My site (which isn’t live just yet and so is unavailable for linking outside our network) is a regular wordpress install. Iframely is 0.2.2.
I can obviously install plugins, add/edit users and their roles, change/edit themes….in short, I have full administrative privileges. When I activate Iframely on the plugins page, the settings link is revealed. There’s also an Iframely link now in the left-hand sidebar of the dashboard…and THAT area contains a link where I can supposedly get my API key. When I click the link for the API key, however, I’m taken to a two-color web page (white and turquoise-y) completely devoid of any content. No text; no images; no nothing.
I also got “Google Analytics integration is currently DISABLED”
Also: “(cas:72) Google Analyticator was unable to authenticate you with Google using the Auth Token you pasted into the input box on the previous step.”
And: “Tech Info 400:Error fetching OAuth2 access token, message: ‘invalid_grant'”
I can access Google Analytics just fine when I log in at Google.com but the plugin seems unable to do so. How can I fix this?

In reply to: [Responsive Mobile-Friendly Tooltip] Popup tooltip editor not functioning99% awesome. Thank you!
In Chrome, at least, the button text is severely truncated. The “OK” button is merely “O” and part of the “k”; the “cancel” button, likewise, only shows the “C” and part of the “a”.
Thought you’d like to know.
But it’s working perfectly for me now. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Responsive Mobile-Friendly Tooltip] Popup tooltip editor not functioningHow do I do that? Responsive-tooltip.css and my theme’s custom CSS are the only two places I’m aware of for entry of CSS code.

In reply to: [Responsive Mobile-Friendly Tooltip] Popup tooltip editor not functioningFirst of all – thanks for responding so quickly!
Now then, I assume you mean this to be inserted into “responsive-mobile-friendly-tooltip/responsive-tooltip.css” (available by clicking the plugin’s edit link). Is that right? I tried each of the above…and both together, for kicks…and it didn’t appear to fix anything. The issue was unchanged.
Am I putting the code in the wrong place?

In reply to: [Responsive Mobile-Friendly Tooltip] Popup tooltip editor not functioningThis is in WordPress 3.6, by the way. (I did select my WP version when submitting the question but I don’t see it indicated above…so there ya go.)

In reply to: [Responsive Mobile-Friendly Tooltip] Plugin activated – no tooltip buttonI finally found it. It only appears when in VISUAL editing mode. Since I always edit in text, I wasn’t seeing that.

In reply to: [Better RSS Widget] Styling the widget displayOkay. That’s the only .css file I saw associated with the widget so I assumed…
Haven’t heard of StylePress but I’ll take a look. And I assume that I should simply grab the class/ID names from “better-rss-widget-admin.css” when doing this in order to customize the look? (yes, I’m still green enough that I need to ask these things :))

In reply to: [Nice Login Widget] Want this to sit ON TOP OF an image in headerPlease disregard my last question. It turned out that the Simple:Press forums plugin was what was overriding my redirect settings.

In reply to: [Nice Login Widget] Want this to sit ON TOP OF an image in headerI have another question.
When a user logs out, they should be taken to our home page. But they’re not. They’re taken to a specific internal page. Can you tell me, please – where does Nice Login Widget get the logout link from?

In reply to: [Nice Login Widget] Want this to sit ON TOP OF an image in headerThanks for the feedback! I did get the widget to sit on top of the graphic but I couldn’t figure out how to also “pin” it within the header. In other words, it’s horizontal position was fluid – always relative to the edges of the browser window rather than the header. If the browser window was opened wider than our header, the widget would slide off the edge of the header. So I ended up placing the widget in the theme’s colophon widget area, instead. Not my ideal solution…but it works.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Upcoming EventsIf I’m reading mageguild’s question correctly, s/he is looking for something similar to what I’m looking for. I need a way to produce the look/feel of the Upcoming Events widget…but without the widget. I’m trying to get that functionality in a non-widgetized area of my site but there doesn’t appear to be a shortcode available for that. I can embed the calendar in Agenda view but I get everything else that goes along with it: the format/categories/tags bar, navigation and print controls, subcription buttons. All I want is for the next, say, five events to display in an Agenda-like view.

In reply to: TwentyEleven: Sidebar shifting below main content in IEI honestly don’t know to which widget you’d be referring. To the best of my knowledge, the only widgets I’m using are in the left sidebar.
All I noticed when I took a look at the ‘News’ page code was a pair of matched but empty h2 tags at the very end. I removed them and the ‘News’ page was suddenly displaying correctly in IE (9, by the way). At least on MY desktop. A colleague is still seeing the displacement on the ‘CME’ page…though I am not.
