I seem to have it resolved now. It looks like it was actually working, but the one in the header was showing (I didn’t notice that), and so the one in the body (the one I was looking it) wasn’t working. I guess you can’t have 2 on a page?

I added the script to the exclusion. When that didn’t fix it, I also added it to the exclusions under Load Javascript Deferred, and Delay Javascript Execution. I can occasionally get the widget to show if I keep reloading, but it’s maybe 1 out of 5 – 10 reloads.

What else might be causing this?

Now, the widget on my local test site – the one that was previously working… the dropdown shows, but when I click it, instead of expanding, it pops open a new tab with this:

You are correct. It turns out it was a line of CSS.

None of the items under under WooCommerce > Settings > Account erasure requests / Personal data removal are checked.

WP Crontrol says some evens have missed their schedule.

There is only one event with the name woocommerce_cleanup_personal_data, and it is set to run once daily.

Everything is resolved. I wanted to come back and say thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

I see 5, all shown as In Queue. I tried executing one, and sure enough, my permalink changed.

After executing, they all still show. Should they all be there? Is that one from each import I did, or something else?

It’s a development site, so the traffic is just me.

I must have an additional issue. I have tried visiting pages, and reloading the page, but it just stays as the same URL. Is there a particular setting I need to make sure is set for this to work?

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner – other things got in the way. I have done what you suggested, and it worked, then I re-activated everything, and it worked again. So I don’t know what was causing the issue. It was reproducible before, but appears to have gone away.
