Regarding the badge in our free plan, it helps us support the development of our service and enables us to offer a range of optimization features at no cost. We understand your concern about its intrusiveness and are actively exploring ways to make it more minimal and less intrusive.

I believe with the subpages issue, you might be referring to our Cache Warmup feature which is a recommended one for all of our users. While the free plan doesn’t support uploading a sitemap, Cache Warmup still optimizes URLs found on your home page.
Although subpages not directly linked on your home page may not be cached via Cache Warmup, NitroPack has on-demand caching. This means that once accessed, these subpages will be cached after they have been accessed at least once. Please note that it might take up to a few minutes after the first non-cached request until the page is cached by our service.

We were able to reproduce it, and our development team worked on a fix that is now live.
The issue was related to cache persistence for logged-in users, resulting in users being logged out.
May I ask you to update the NitroPack WordPress plugin to its latest version via the WordPress Backend, and verify if the issue has been resolved?

This badge does not compromise NitroPack’s performance in any manner. Our Free Plan offers all key features of our premium plans.
Moreover, we ensure that the badge placement does not disrupt visitors’ experiences by placing it discreetly at the bottom of all websites.
Additionally, we want to emphasize that we do not require credit/debit card information, and there is no time limit on the Free Plan. Users can utilize it for as long as they require.
In essence, we’ve designed the Free Plan to allow everyone to benefit from NitroPack’s optimizations without any risk.

The reason you are experiencing this is likely because you are using Page Speed Boost via WPEngine. Page Speed Boost is a site optimization tool powered by NitroPack OneClick.
Using WP Engine’s industry-leading platform and OneClick’s automatic optimization features. The interface should be within WPEngine panel and not within NitroPack Dashboard.
Page Speed Boost uses a core set of NitroPack’s features from their product NitroPack OneClick but also includes some features unique to WP Engine, and you can reach WPEngine support for further assistance in case you have issues.
