Hi,
I have issue on checkout page – I want enable the “Address Validation” option, because some user filled his address correct but they select wrong State for low courier charges..
on the net showing this -> Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Address Validation.?
but i am getting where this in WooCommerce please help..Hi,
You are right “Enable stock management?is checked.” but i have shared logs files also, have you gone throw that is there any issues?

I am facing this issues since 1 years around (6 Feb 2024) after making this website. (I made this site live on 2nd Feb 2024), but one more thing this issues not happening daily basis this issues happens sometimes like in week i can say 2-3 times..
hoping issues will resolve soon, as i am very upset with this issues happening regularly.

I have shared you details in last conversation have you checked sir, also i shared log files,
I will delete the existing webhook and create a new one and will check if this issues still happens or not..
In the last i cannot install WooCommerce Stripe?plugin because site is live, it can create confusion between customer during payments, that can create wrong impression.

Also i have already reached with Razorpay team they told in our system payment capturing on the right time….there is not any issue, there end as they are saying also they are saying contact with WooCommerce because in WooCommerce dashboard this issues happening..

I have discussed with Razorpay Team and i also shared log file details as well, Now they saying – “Kindly investigate the reason for the delayed response on your end”

this issues happens many times with 3-4 users. also there is one more problem Payment received and captured in Razorpay but in WooCommerce order display as order Cancelled and mail send for Cancelled to Customer which is bad impact on our business.Sometimes it auto changed status from Cancelled to processing after some time (but it sometimes happens in 3-4 days not daily).
