The plugin uses standard wp_redirect() function to redirect to the profile page.
I hope the issue may be due to SSL not properly configured for your website.

As per the latest version of WC Thanks Redirect it uses standard wp_redirect() function to redirect to the Thanks Page.

Please update to latest version, check your website speed.

If you still find issue, please let me know your website url, so that I may test.

Currently, there is no such feature, but it looks like an essential feature.

You can create a different page similar to thank you page for Order Failure and put that page in Order Failure Redirect URL, it should go to default WooCommerce Failed page on failure if the Order Failure Redirect URL is empty or not set

The issue of double redirect has been fixed now.

Thanks @wesleeeyyy for noticing the issue, I was not aware of it.
I will check the issue with various versions of woocommerce.
If there is a bug I will be resolving it.

@legacybiz I tested the installation on a Live as well as local setup on WordPress Version 4.9.8 and WooCommerce version 3.4.6, 3.4.5 and 3.4.4 on php 5.6 and php7 and it seemed to work on fresh install as well as wordpress or woocommerce upgrade

You may find the WC Thanks redirect settings as follows

WooCommerce > Settings > Products > WC Thanks Redirect

I hope now you are able to use the plugin.
