Facing similar issue, not on the app but when I am trying to log in on iPhone or iPad on Safari.

What a marvellous solution. change the HOSTING.
I switched to rTmedia plugin instead

Currently this is happening for Slow connections on Desktop and Mobiles.

For time being i have installed another theme. Will try it once again when this is solved!
