I went through your checklist and I increased my memory limit to 512M and my post and upload limit to 63M and then reinstalled the demo. It seems to have worked as I did not get the same error but for some reason, I got the internal server 500 error when trying to veiw the website from the front-end.

I deactivated all my plugins to troubleshoot and found that it was the woo-commerce plugin which was causing it. After deactivating the woocommerce plugin the internal server error dissapeared but now the front-end of the website is still not displaying correctly, pls see: https://prnt.sc/tcmt25

I was wondering whether you’d know what might be causing this?

Ahh, I see. OK, I updated the WordPress and theme version. I also updated all the plugins and it has fixed the “tick” icon on the woocommerce registration page:

but the icons on the BuddyPress profile tabs are still not showing, any idea what might be causing this?

I found the answer to this:

You can change the default width of your websites layout by going to:

Appearance > Customize > General Options > General Settings to tweak your layouts and view the changes live.

I set layout to “full width”.
