We have tested plugin with the Twenty Thirteen theme.
And found that the issue was generating due to theme CSS.

    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
}

Now, we have fixed this in plugin next update ( Version – 1.0.1 ).
So, please update your plugin to fix your issue.

” This plugin works in site background, so to do this you can use any theme that have full-width header and footer.

And except this, you can purchase our paid theme.

This plugin works with custom meta functionality.
So, currently its not possible (except plugin customization) to exclude all custom fields from posts.
But, we will add this option (to exclude from posts) in plugin admin section in next update of plugin.

We have tested “Full width Background Gallery” plugin with WordPress 3.5.1 Version. And its working fine with it.
May be you have done something wrong with this coding structure.
